PrimoPDF
To install the PDF creator - “PrimoPDF“, first go to their website to download the setup file. It is a 13-MB download and should take you a few minutes only.
Save the file to desktop, after finish you should see the icon above. Double click it to run setup…

Click Next…

Yes, you have to agree with the license agreement…

Just use default settings for everything, then you should be able to see the installation process…

Installation complete! Read the manual if you like. In my case I click NO.
You should be able to find a ‘new’ printer installed in your computer called “PrimoPDF“, this is the ‘printer’ we need when we make a PDF ‘virtual’ hardcopy.
Note that now all your programs such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint or your Internet browser should support ‘PrimoPDF’ too, if it supports printing.
Now, if I want to convert a Word document (.doc) into PDF format, we should do as following:
Open your word file, in my case I am converting the course outline file…after opening, click “File–>Print…”…

Choose PrimoPDF…

Then click OK, PrimoPDF’s screen should appear like this…
On the screen, choose where you prefer to save the file(PDF) then click OK…

Bravo! the PDF file is now ‘printed’ to the location already.
If you encounter any problem please email me, good luck!!
